Justin M. Tenney, M.D.

Dr. Justin M. Tenney, a specialist in ENT Head and Neck Surgery and Sleep Medicine, treats patients with all otolaryngologic conditions. He completed medical school at L.S.U. Health Science Center in New Orleans, where he received top academic honors in his class with the George S. Bel Academic Achievement Award. He also received the George D. Lyons Excellence in Otolaryngology Award, which is given to only one graduating medical student with a future career in otolaryngology. As a junior in medical school, he was also elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the nation’s most prestigious medical honor society. 

Dr. Tenney continued his training with an Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery residency at L.S.U. Health Sciences Center. After Hurricane Katrina, his residency continued in Baton Rouge and Lafayette. After completing his residency, Dr. Tenney did an additional Otology Training in Pittsburgh, studying and performing surgeries on a variety of ear-related conditions, including chronic ear disease, otosclerosis, deafness, acoustic neuromas, and vertigo. A native of Thibodaux and a graduate of E.D. White, Dr. Tenney is once again a resident of Thibodaux, along with his wife and three children.
